Transnational trainers meet to explore entrepreneurship and serious gaming in Nijmegen

The five day Train-The-Trainer course provided by the SG4Adults project was hosted by project partner The Elephant Learning in Diversity (http://www.the-elephant.nl/) in one of the oldest and most entrepreneurial cities in The Netherlands, Nijmegen. The course started on the 13th of December 2015, and lasted until the 18th.
The trainers from each of the represented countries, including Belgium, Greece, Macedonia, Spain, Switzerland and The Netherlands, were trained in entrepreneurial learning concepts, the dynamics of serious gaming and finally the pedagogy and methodology behind the newly developed board game under the working title 'SG4Adults'.
The group also went 'entrepreneurship seeing' around the city, did multiple creative workshops and played some more games before the official launch of the 'SG4Adults' game on the 15th of December, which they played themselves. Afterwards, much significant feedback was provided in order to improve the gaming experience.
Following the course, the upcoming piloting of the new board game by the trainers has been initially scheduled for the spring of 2016, and the final promotional conference in June 2016.
